Do I need my own DPD contract?

Yes. OrderKrab creates labels through your own carrier contracts. You enter the API credentials from your DPD contract, and pricing stays whatever you negotiated. If you don't have a contract yet, request one from DPD first.

Which countries can I ship to with DPD through OrderKrab?

25 EU countries. You enable DPD shipping methods per destination country at your Shopify checkout, each at the customer price you set. This lets you open one market at a time.

Can customers choose a DPD pickup point in my Shopify store?

Yes, at either of two moments. At checkout, DPD pickup points appear distance-sorted, with COD-aware filtering. Or right after payment: a locker-search block on your thank-you page lets the customer pick a point, and the choice is saved to the order in OrderKrab.
