Checkout, orders, picking, packing, labels, tracking and returns. Every step runs in one place, with one login and one bill.
OrderKrab is super easy to use and has made our everyday work much more efficient. It helped us reduce mistakes, save time and keep the whole order process much more organized. We didn't realize how much easier our workflow could be until we started using it. It's now a tool we really rely on every day. We're really happy with it and would definitely recommend it.
OrderKrab was a no-brainer for us. Our store grew rapidly, we were making mistakes fulfilling orders, and operating out of a tiny warehouse/retail space was inefficient - OrderKrab helped us optimise. Scanning all the products at fulfilment avoids mistakes, but picking all the orders in one go using the pick list function gave us tangible benefits immediately. Coupled with the fact the developers reply almost instantly and genuinely listen to you, it's worth every penny.
Great tool for optimizing warehouse operations. It has helped streamline our workflow and improve efficiency significantly. The support team is very responsive, quick, and helpful whenever needed. Highly recommended!
Here is one order, from checkout to return. You never have to leave OrderKrab to finish a step.
Your customer chooses a shipping method at checkout. You decide what they see: live carrier rates, parcel lockers, pickup in your store.
Every store syncs into one list. Krab AI checks each order. Shipping rules choose the carrier. The label is ready before anyone opens the order.
Pick a whole batch in one walk, with a phone in each picker's hand. At the station, every item is scanned before the box closes. The label prints on its own.
The tracking code goes to the customer automatically. Returns start in your store, not in your inbox. Analytics shows every packer, SKU and carrier.
A shipping plugin does one of these five jobs. You buy the other four separately. Each one is another login, another invoice, and another place where the numbers do not match.
Move the slider to the number of orders you ship each month. The result is the time your team no longer spends on carrier portals, retyping addresses and repacking wrong boxes.
OrderKrab connects to your carriers and your store, on the carrier contracts you already have.
