Do I need my own Poczta Polska contract?

Yes. You add the e-nadawca login from your Poczta Polska contract once, and OrderKrab creates every Pocztex label at your own rates. You set the price your customers pay per shipping method. Poczta Polska rates are not quoted live at checkout.

Can customers collect from a Pocztex pickup point?

Yes. At checkout they choose from the pickup points Poczta Polska lists for business parcels. The whole Pocztex network had more than 20,000 points in December 2025: 2,150 parcel lockers, 7,600 post offices and partner shops such as Żabka. Lockers and partner points take parcels up to format L and 20 kg; post offices take XL.

Does the integration support COD and manifests?

Yes. COD works on courier shipments and at pickup points that accept it, paid out to your bank account. Poczta Polska is one of two carriers in OrderKrab with manifests; the other is Deutsche Post International. OrderKrab sends the day’s shipments to your posting office and you print the handover document. Delivery is within Poland only, and scheduled courier pickups are not included.

Poczta Polska fits stores selling across all of Poland, including to buyers outside the big cities who like collecting at a post office. It is the only operator designated by the regulator UKE for nationwide postal service in 2026–2035, and at the end of 2024 had a post office in each of Poland’s 2,477 municipalities. In December 2025 the Pocztex network had more than 20,000 pickup points.
