Per-product control
Control fulfillment for specific items or locations
You can turn off fulfillment for specific products (e.g. digital or in-store only) or specific locations if you sell products that get fulfilled by someone else. When fulfillment is off, those orders don't enter the main flow and won't be packed or marked by mistake.
Defer shipping
Receive orders -> decide on shipping later
Orders can be received in OrderKrab without a shipping method - you choose the carrier or option later. Useful when you want to optimize shipping costs. The system also supports smart shipping rules to automate frequent decisions.
Pre-orders & MTO
Pre-orders and made-to-order items
The system lets you mark orders so they don't enter the fulfillment queue until products are ready to ship. Use this for pre-orders and made-to-order items-orders stay visible in the list but only enter the queue when you're ready to fulfill them.
