On Shopify you can present shipping at checkout exactly as you want: distance-based parcel lockers, courier options, or a single predefined option (e.g. Standard or Express) and assign the real shipping method later in OrderKrab.

Custom shipping methods
Use custom shipping methods to show parcel lockers, couriers, and other options at checkout. This can be used with the Shopify Basic plan-no need for Shopify Advanced or higher. With Shipping Rules, shipping can be assigned automatically based on the shipping code.
