Do I need my own DPD contract?

Yes. OrderKrab creates labels through your own carrier contracts. You enter the API credentials from your DPD contract, and pricing stays whatever you negotiated. If you don't have a contract yet, request one from DPD first.

Which countries can I ship to with DPD through OrderKrab?

25 EU countries. You enable DPD shipping methods per destination country at your WooCommerce checkout, each at the customer price you set. This lets you open one market at a time.

Can customers choose a DPD pickup point in my WooCommerce store?

Yes - at checkout. DPD pickup points appear as distance-sorted options, with COD-aware filtering, and the customer's choice lands on the order in OrderKrab. Point count and sorting are configured in OrderKrab's checkout settings.

Does this work with WordPress?

Yes. WooCommerce is the e-commerce plugin for WordPress, so the DPD integration runs on any WordPress site with WooCommerce installed. You install and manage the OrderKrab plugin in the same WordPress admin you already use.
