FedEx + WooCommerce (WordPress) integration

Connect your FedEx contract and your WooCommerce store to OrderKrab once. FedEx delivery then appears at your checkout, with live rates for 216 countries and territories. Labels, scheduled pickups, tracking and returns are handled from OrderKrab.

At your WooCommerce checkout

Enable FedEx delivery per destination country - the integration ships to 216 countries and territories. Rates are quoted live: OrderKrab calls FedEx's own rate API at checkout and shows what it returns. Set the carrier's display priority among your other checkout options.

Air express across continents

FedEx serves 220+ countries and territories (Apr 2025) with a fleet of roughly 700 aircraft and its European hub at Paris CDG. It is strongest on the US corridor and intercontinental air express. For cross-border parcels, the carrier generates its own customs paperwork. OrderKrab supplies the line-item data behind it: HS codes, values and origin country from your order.

Labels and courier pickups on your contract

Orders sync from WooCommerce, and labels print through your own FedEx contract. When parcels are ready, schedule a FedEx courier pickup for a chosen day and time straight from OrderKrab. Every fulfillment lands back on WooCommerce, which emails your customer the tracking code.

Returns built in

Set FedEx as the return carrier for a country, and every approved return gets a label and is recorded on the WooCommerce order. The plugin's own WooCommerce email sends the label to your customer (plugin 1.4.0 or newer).
