Is this a direct InPost integration?

Yes, since September 2026. OrderKrab calls InPost's own API for Poland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, with COD and native ZPL labels. It is offered to senders based in Poland. Senders in the Baltics use the ZipasGo or Nova Post route, and customers see InPost lockers at checkout either way.

Can I offer cash on delivery with InPost?

Yes, on the direct InPost integration and on the ZipasGo-booked route. The Nova Post-booked route rejects COD with an error when the shipment is created, so the shipment fails. Choose one of the other two if you need COD.

How do labels and fulfillment work?

Orders sync from Shopify, and the label is created on InPost's API or, on the older routes, through ZipasGo or Nova Post. The parcel goes to an InPost Paczkomat or to the door by courier. Mark an order fulfilled and the fulfillment lands back on Shopify, which emails your customer the tracking code.
