Yes. OrderKrab creates labels through your own carrier contracts. You enter the API credentials from your LP Express contract, and pricing stays whatever you negotiated. If you don't have a contract yet, request one from LP Express first.

Can customers choose an LP Express locker in my WooCommerce store?

Yes - at checkout. LP Express lockers appear as distance-sorted options, with COD-aware filtering, and the customer's choice lands on the order in OrderKrab. Point count and sorting are configured in OrderKrab's checkout settings.

Can I schedule an LP Express courier pickup from OrderKrab?

Yes. When fulfilled parcels are waiting, order a courier from OrderKrab's Shipping page. Choose the pickup date and time, and the scheduled pickup lists every parcel it covers.

Does this work with WordPress?

Yes. WooCommerce is the e-commerce plugin for WordPress, so the LP Express integration runs on any WordPress site with WooCommerce installed. You install and manage the OrderKrab plugin in the same WordPress admin you already use.

LP Express runs roughly 1,500 lockers Baltics-wide, Unisend included (end 2025). Customers pick from distance-sorted LP Express lockers right in the checkout. Point count, sorting and COD-aware filtering are all controlled from OrderKrab's checkout settings.

When parcels are ready, schedule an LP Express courier pickup for a chosen day and time straight from OrderKrab. Returns built in

Set LP Express as the return carrier for a country, and every approved return gets a label and is recorded on the WooCommerce order. The plugin's own WooCommerce email sends the label to your customer (plugin 1.4.0 or newer).
