Yes. OrderKrab creates labels through your own carrier contracts. You enter the API credentials from your Smartposti contract, and pricing stays whatever you negotiated. If you don't have a contract yet, request one from Smartposti first.

Can customers choose a Smartposti locker in my WooCommerce store?

Yes - at checkout. Smartposti lockers appear as distance-sorted options, with COD-aware filtering, and the customer's choice lands on the order in OrderKrab. Point count and sorting are configured in OrderKrab's checkout settings.

Every fulfillment lands back on WooCommerce, which emails your customer the tracking code.

Returns built in

Set Smartposti as the return carrier for a country, and every approved return gets a label and is recorded on the WooCommerce order. The plugin's own WooCommerce email sends the label to your customer (plugin 1.4.0 or newer).
