The busiest month of the year followed the same routine as a quiet week. Only the number of orders changed.

Every item is scanned before the label prints, so a mixed-up jersey is caught at the desk, not by the fan.
Pickup orders sorted by store
Orders collected in a Kaunas or Vilnius store get their own pickup label, so each store knows what is arriving.

Žalgiris Shop runs the official merchandise store for one of Lithuania's best-known basketball clubs. Whenever the team plays, wins or signs a new player, hundreds of jerseys, scarves and game-day clothes go out at once. Before OrderKrab, the busy periods were handled by hand.

A separate website for every carrier. Printing labels meant logging in to each one, every morning.

Packers pick from one shared queue on their phones. Each person takes the next order, walks the shelves and confirms every item as it goes into the basket. Nothing is picked twice, and the work is shared automatically.

Then every item is scanned at the packing desk
Picked orders arrive at the packing desk, where each jersey and scarf is scanned again as it goes into the parcel. A wrong size or a mixed-up order is caught here, before the label prints. The fan gets exactly what they ordered.

The right label prints, whatever the carrier
Whether the fan chose DPD, DHL, an Omniva parcel locker or pickup in a store, the label prints from the same screen, without switching tabs. Pickup orders for the Kaunas and Vilnius stores get a special pickup label with the city and the store. The morning logins to every carrier website are gone.
