How to enable or disable fulfillment for specific products

Some products should never enter your fulfillment flow — digital goods, services, gift wrap add-ons. Disable them per product and OrderKrab ignores them.

    Go to Settings → Store.

  2. 2

    Pick the store in Store selection.

  3. 3

    Stay on the Products sub-tab and find the product — use Search by product name.

  4. 4

    Click the switch in the Toggle column. The Fulfillment badge flips between Enabled and Disabled, with a Product updated confirmation.
