How to control what appears on shipping labels

Decide what extra information your shipping labels carry and whether return labels are generated automatically alongside them.

   Go to Settings → Fulfillment and scroll to Shipping Label controls.

   Set Include order note on the shipping label to Enabled to print the customer's note in the label's comments section.

   Set Show SKUs and quantities on the shipping label to Enabled to help packers verify contents from the label alone.

   Set Automatically generate return label to Enabled to create a return label alongside every outbound label.

   Set Add return label as order item to Enabled to attach the return label to the order for easy tracking.

   Each change saves automatically.
