How to control what appears on shipping labels
Decide what extra information your shipping labels carry: the customer's order note, and the SKUs and quantities inside the parcel.

Go to Settings → Fulfillment and scroll to Shipping Label controls.

Set Include order note on the shipping label to Enabled to print the customer's note in the label's comments section.

Set Show SKUs and quantities on the shipping label to Enabled to help packers verify contents from the label alone.

Each change saves automatically.
