How to connect a shipping carrier
OrderKrab generates labels through your own carrier contracts. Supported carriers include DHL Express, DPD, FedEx, InPost, Latvijas Pasts, Lietuvos Paštas, LP Express, Nova Post, Omniva, Smart Posti, Venipak, and more - plus the built-in OrderKrab Store Pick Up. You connect a carrier on the Carriers tab by entering the API credentials from your contract with it. If you don't have a business account yet, the same window shows you how to get one.

Find the carrier - use Search shipping providers if needed. Each card shows the services the carrier offers, such as Lockers and Courier, plus a Live carrier rates badge for carriers that price at checkout. Carriers you have already connected read Active or Inactive and are listed first.

Click Connect on the carrier's card. The Connect … window opens with the fields that carrier needs.

Enter the credentials your carrier gave you - username, password, customer code, API key; the fields vary by carrier.

Under How do you hand over parcels?, choose Locker (you drop parcels off at a parcel locker) or Courier (a courier picks them up from you). The choice is required, and you can change it later in the carrier's settings. Some carriers also ask for the Locker shipping point - the locker you drop parcels at - when you pick Locker.

Click Connect. The carrier's page opens; wrong credentials show Provided credentials are incorrect.

Buyers are not offered anything yet. Switch the carrier's methods on for each country on the Delivery tab - see how to enable shipping methods and set customer pricing.
Good to know
- No business account yet? Click Get a business account in the same window. For many carriers in your country it opens a step-by-step guide: the carrier's application form or email address, a ready-made message asking for API access that you can copy, where to request the API credentials, and an I have my credentials button that takes you back to the form. Where there is no guide, the button opens a chat with OrderKrab support instead - Ask OrderKrab for help does the same from inside a guide.
- A Fast-track contract badge marks carriers that open business accounts faster for OrderKrab clients. Their button reads Fast-track business account opening, and the guide tells you to mention OrderKrab when you apply. A Special discount badge marks a carrier with prices agreed for OrderKrab clients - hover it to see them.
- You can also connect a carrier from the Delivery tab: a country's panel offers Connect … buttons for carriers that deliver there, and the Carriers row under the map opens the same window for carriers that aren't connected yet.
- OrderKrab Store Pick Up is the only provider that needs no contract - its card has a Set up button instead of Connect.
- The carriers listed depend on your organization's country, which is the country in your sender details (Organization → Edit details).
- To edit or disconnect a contract later, click Configure on the carrier's card, then Edit contract in the Contract section. The same window has Disable contract.
