How to control how shipping options appear in checkout
The Carrier order in Checkout card on the Checkout tab controls how your OrderKrab carriers are presented to shoppers: their order, whether each one shows at all, the texts under their rates and, on WooCommerce, free-shipping coupons. Every change applies right away.
- 1
Go to Shipping → Checkout. If you have several stores, pick one in the store selector under the title.
- 2
Find Carrier order in Checkout in the right-hand column. Carriers appear at checkout in the order listed - use the up and down arrows to move one.
- 3
Use the Shown / Hidden switch to hide a carrier from shoppers. A hidden carrier stays connected, so you can still assign it to orders by hand in OrderKrab.
- 4
Click the pencil to edit the carrier's checkout texts. Change the Text under courier rates - leave it empty for the default text - and click Save.
- 5
On WooCommerce, the same window lists Free shipping coupons: tick a method and country to make it free when a customer applies a free-shipping coupon.
Good to know
- Each change saves as soon as you make it - a … checkout settings saved. confirmation appears and the checkout preview refreshes.
- For parcel lockers the order only matters between lockers at the same location or at the same distance from the address - otherwise the nearest locker comes first.
- Changing the default text under courier rates switches off its automatic translations.
- Nova Post's window also has a Rate title and a Rate description, set per country.
- If every carrier that delivers to a country is hidden, the country turns yellow on the Delivery map with … is hidden from checkout and an Open Checkout tab button.
- The card isn't shown for Shopify stores whose plan has no carrier-calculated rates, since OrderKrab rates can't appear in their checkout.
- Pickup-point count, numbering and COD locker filtering are in Checkout controls on the same tab - see the checkout pickup-point settings guide.
